Common questions
What is a santoku for?
Slicing, dicing and mincing vegetables, boneless meat and fish. Keep it off bones, frozen food and shells, which chip a fine edge.
How do I look after it?
Wash it by hand in warm, soapy water and dry it straight away. Do not put it in the dishwasher or leave it to soak.
What comes in the box?
One santoku knife, in a gift box.
Santoku or kiritsuke?
The santoku is the shorter of the two, with a 17 cm (6.7 in) blade, and suits everyday chopping. The kiritsuke has a 21 cm (8.2 in) blade and an angled tip, for longer cuts.
What people are saying about this knife
Reviews from buyers of this TURWHO knife on other marketplaces.
-
very sharp facilitates a smooth and precise cut. I've been using it for a couple of weeks to cut meats and vegetables, and it seems to maintain its sharpness very well. The texture of the wooden handle is very smooth and polished which makes it very comfortable. The weight is very light and this personally makes it pleasant for me as I get less tired while cutting. The blade has a good aesthetic with a shiny polish.

Very nice feeling in the hand. Sharp blade out of the box och good handle. Hope the feeling will last. My second turwho knife.

Super knife, highly recommended!!! And the pattern on the steel is not an issue.
