These terms cover your use of rowanhaus.com and any order you place with us. Placing an order means you accept them.
Who we are
Rowanhaus is an online store operating from Ontario, Canada. Reach us at hello@rowanhaus.com.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a confirmation email. Until then we can decline it — most often because an item has sold out, a price was listed incorrectly, or we cannot ship to your address.
If an item turns out to be unavailable after we have accepted your order, we will cancel it and refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Payment is taken when you order. The price shown at checkout is the price of your order, and we do not change it afterwards.
Prices on the site can change at any time.
Shipping
We ship to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. Delivery windows, shipping costs and the free shipping threshold are set out in our Shipping policy, which forms part of these terms.
Stock ships from overseas suppliers. Delivery windows are estimates rather than guarantees, and carrier delays and customs inspections can add time.
Customs and duties
Orders ship from overseas. Some deliveries attract import duties or taxes, charged on delivery by the destination country. These are not set by us, are not included in your order total, and are your responsibility.
Returns and refunds
Our Refund policy sets out the return window, the condition items must be in, who pays return postage and how long a refund takes. It forms part of these terms.
Product information
We describe products using the specifications our suppliers provide, and we check them before publishing. Colours vary between screens. Where a measurement is given in two unit systems, both refer to the same figure.
Nothing on this site is medical, veterinary or safety advice.
Your account
You do not need an account to order. If you create one, keep your details accurate and your access to it secure.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with how it runs, or to copy its content for commercial use.
Our content
The text, layout and design of this site belong to Rowanhaus. Product images and specifications supplied by manufacturers remain theirs.
Liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer as a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Changes to these terms
We can change these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply in it. Disputes go to the courts of Ontario.
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, Australia or New Zealand, you keep the protections of your local consumer law, and nothing in these terms removes them.
