Refund policy

Return window

Return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Condition

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resellable. Essential oils and other consumables can't be returned once opened.

Starting a return

Email hello@rowanhaus.com with your order number and what's wrong. We'll send return instructions within 1 business day.

Return shipping

You pay return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing.

Refunds

Once we receive the item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll replace it or refund you, and you won't pay return shipping.
