We ship within Canada.
Delivery estimates
- Canada: 10–20 business days
Some products arrive sooner. Their product page shows their own window.
You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Carrier delays and holiday periods can add time. If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, email us with your order number and we'll trace it.
Shipping cost
Shipping is a flat rate, set by where you are, and shown at checkout. Orders of $100 CAD or more ship free.
Customs and duties
Orders ship from overseas suppliers into Canada. Some deliveries attract import duties or taxes, charged on delivery. These aren't set by us and aren't included in your order total.
